FALKE Full Moon Trail Run at Dornier Wine Estate

Dirtopia has partnered with Dornier to create a magical evening at this beautiful estate near Stellenbosh. With title sponsor FALKE well-known for the support of the full moon hikes, this new Friday night Trail Run will complete a full weekend of activities in the beautiful month of Spring.

 

Live music to enjoy after your run in the moonlight with food, wine and coffee on offer. Prizes and lucky draw will of course include the wonderful Dornier Wine and FALKE socks! Bring your headlamps as it starts just before sunset with views of the Cape from the top of the valley.

DISTANCES & START TIMES: 5km (18h45) and 10km (18h30)
COST:
Includes: a glass of Dornier wine, medal, refreshment station on route and Coke at the finish, live music entertainment and permit access to beautiful trails on this private estate.
5km – R100 and 10km – R130
Pre entries close 10 October 2019. Late entries will be taken from 17h30 the evening, if available and with an additional fee.
Kids under the age of 18 pay only R50 pre entry. NB: Late entry kids under 18 pay the normal late entry fee

Payments must be received when pre-entries close, Thursday 10 October, otherwise your entry will be subsequently cancelled.

ROUTE DESCRIPTIONS: Runners of all levels will enjoy these scenic trails with various terrain through vineyards, fynbos and forest.
GENERAL INFO: Pre-entries receive discount. Medal for all finishers. The refreshment station on routes will have Powerade, fruit & jellies and Coke at the finish for all. Coffee, wine and something to enjoy afterwards.
